At night, take a bowl made of mud/dirt and add three pieces of Anjeer in it, seven pieces of the seeds of dates and soak it in 11 adad water or milk. After that, place it under the open sky with a cloth covering it. Eat it during Sehri. It will nourish the stomach, reduce hunger and most importantly, it not causes laziness and weakness. It is beneficial for one's nerves and builds iron in the body. It reduces dryness in intestine. During the fast, one remains fresh and active.
